This deposit is completely refundable and is only to prevent from spam submissions.

Step 3. Our Master Jeweler will generate a quote and send it to your email within 24 hours
Step 4. If you are happy with the quote payment will be made to Dream Catch and we will immediately start your piece
Step 5. Regular updates on design and construction will be sent regularly
Step 6. Jewelry will arrive at your door within 2-4 weeks from purchase

Please Note:
Pieces over 10k USD come with a 20% non-refundable deposit, paid when accepting the quote
Example: 10k USD piece ordered, quote is accepted, and payment is received from customer in full. If the customer changes their mind about the piece, we will stop the process and refund %80 of the cost (8k USD).
This is done to ensure the customer is confident when accepting the quote, but also allows for cancellation with minimal penalty in case the unexpected arises and the customer changes their mind.
